We have been hearing whispering about a great little ramen place so today we gave it a try. The ramen was quite tasty (We are not fans of seaweed, but it was still good) and the Singapore noodles were my fave in a long time.
Service was quick and the place is clean. Will definitely be back to try some of the other dishes on the menu. -

Let's just be real, this is not authentic, nor good quality ramen. It can barely pass as ramen, unless you mean instant ramen noodles which it tastes more like. I have cooked better instant ramen at home with similar flavor profiles.
The people giving good ratings don't forget are not Japanese or Asian for the most part. Not that you have to be to know what good ramen is but just take that into consideration.
Given the setting I would say it's okay at best to eat when you really crave a bowl of noodle soup for convenience if you live around here.
I would suggest Ibendoo ramen in Salem. probably the best most authentic ramen around this area without going to Portland. -

The ramen is good here, but service has been declining. Went when it wasn't busy and the servers didn't care about our order. My extra noodles were given to another table by another server, who was so busy conversing with them, dude had to tell her twice it wasn't his order. Three stars because the food is consistently good. There is a standard for service, and when your service begins to suck, people will notice and not eat at your place. That's where I'm at. I thought I'd give it a second chance, I did, and same sh!tty service. Won't be eating there anymore.

100% would recommend. It was all delicious, the orange chicken was good! And the shrimp fried rice was better than I expected - for those who like soy sauce, the rice could use a dash.
The chili spicy ramen is pretty good if you're craving a kick, I loved the added wontons in the soup very good. -

Solid food, nice quaint restaurant with friendly service. This will definitely be my new spot in Albany!
